Created by Nicole Jackson, Principal at Monarch PSG, this initiative is built on a powerful truth: the voices from underserved and frontline communities are essential to the climate justice narrative. Your story is not just a personal account; it's a tool for advocacy, a catalyst for connection, and a blueprint for resilience.

Our Mission: Empowerment Through Narrative

Our core mission is to amplify the voices that are too often unheard. Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goal for peace, justice, and strong institutions, we believe that true climate action must be inclusive and rooted in the experiences of those most affected.

This is a multifaceted journey designed for you to:

• Connect with a diverse network of peers, leaders, and fellow storytellers.

• Learn the craft of shaping your lived experience into a compelling narrative for change.

• Advocate with confidence, using your story to drive tangible action in your community.

The Program: Your Pathway from Idea to Impact

This initiative is a comprehensive experience, guiding you from learning to a public showcase. Here’s what the journey entails:

A Special Invitation: Become a Founding "Test Pilot"

For our initial phase, we are inviting a dedicated group of pioneers to act as "Test Pilots." Your role is crucial. By actively participating in this pilot session, providing honest feedback, and contributing 4-5 hours through June 2024, you will help shape this program for future participants across the country. You are quite literally helping to build the blueprint for community-powered climate advocacy.

This work requires a safe and brave space. Our workshops are built on shared commitments: to use "I" statements, listen with courtesy, share openly and honestly, ensure equitable speaking time, and honor the wisdom in every person's story. Here, your perspective is valued.
